There is a great range of outdoor activities for all the family in the Doune area.
Angling Doune Angling Club
Bowling Doune Castle Bowling Club is on Northlea, between the Medical Centre and Moray Park (behind a new green fence).
Cricket: Doune & Dunblane Cricket Club play at the award-winning Grazings Cricket Ground, located behind Doune Primary School
Cycling There is no longer a local cycling club, but Roots Cycles can give advice (and also fix your bikes!).
Football
- Doune Castle AFC plays at Moray Park, Doune.
- Deanston AFC plays at McAlpine Park, Deanston

Touch Rugby We organize a game of touch rugby every Friday in summer from 6.30-8pm at Moray Park, Doune. Anyone can join in regardless of your age, gender, and past rugby experience. We run a relaxed game style accepting of all abilities with the main aim of having fun. See McLaren RFC.
Motor Sport
Odyssey Adventures – an outdoor education and adventure business based at the Moray Estate in Doune. A variety of outdoor activities for families, and groups – adults or children.
Walking – Doune Boots is an informal group whose members take turns to lead walks. We mix short, easy strolls with more challenging hikes, to suit different people in the group. If you would like to join please see the poster at the Library and Info Centre.
