Ian passed away peacefully at Forth Valley Hospital on Sunday 21 February, aged 88 years.
He was awarded an MBE for his services to the community.
His funeral service will take place on Wednesday 3 March at Kilmadock Cemetery at 1pm.
Prior to the service, the cortege will leave from Ian’s house in Deanston, entering Doune via Balkerach Street, turning at Castle Hill then back along Main Street, turning left at the Cross on to George Street and onwards to Kilmadock Cemetery.
